Privacy Policy

The short version: Top 1% Fit has no server, no account, and no analytics. Everything you enter — your profile, workouts, measurements, and photos — is stored only on the device you're using, inside your browser. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you personally choose to export a backup file yourself.

1.Who this policy covers

This policy describes how the Top 1% Fit application ("the app", "we", "our") handles information when you use it, whether through a web browser or installed to your phone's home screen as a Progressive Web App.

2.Information we do not collect

We do not collect, receive, or have access to any of the following, because there is no server for this information to travel to:

Your name, age, weight, height, or any profile information
Your workout history, weights lifted, or personal records
Your body measurements or progress photos
Your location, device identifiers, or browsing behaviour
Any usage analytics, crash reports, or advertising identifiers

There is no login, no account creation, and no way for us to identify you as a user.

3.What is stored, and where

The app stores information using two standard browser technologies, both of which keep data entirely on your device:

localStorage — your profile, workout logs, habit tracking, body-weight and measurement history, and settings
IndexedDB — progress photos you choose to add

This data persists across visits to the app on the same browser and device, but is not transmitted to us or to any third party at any point. If you clear your browser's site data, or switch to a different browser or device, this locally stored data does not carry over — the app includes an "Export backup" feature in Settings for exactly this reason.

4.Third parties

The app does not load fonts, analytics scripts, advertising code, or any other resource from a third-party server. All the code, styling, images, and exercise demonstrations are generated locally by files included with the app itself.

5.Backups you create yourself

The Settings screen lets you export a backup of your data as a file, and import it back later or on another device. This action is entirely manual and initiated by you — the app never does this automatically or without your action. Once exported, you are responsible for how and where you store or share that backup file.

6.Children's privacy

This app is not directed at children and is not designed to collect information from anyone, including children, since it collects no information from any user. We recommend the app be used by, or under the guidance of an adult for, users under 16.

7.Your control over your data

Because everything is stored locally, you are always in full control:

Export a complete backup at any time from Settings
Delete everything permanently using "Erase all data" in Settings
Remove data simply by clearing your browser's site storage for this app

8.Changes to this policy

If this app's data practices change in the future — for example, if analytics or an account system is introduced — this policy will be updated first, with the effective date at the top revised accordingly.
