About Top 1% Fit

Last updated: 27 August 2026
In short: Top 1% Fit is an independently built, free training and nutrition planner aimed at people training in India. It runs entirely in your browser, needs no account, and works offline.

Why it exists

Most training apps hand you a generic workout list and stop. The parts people actually get stuck on — how much to eat, which exercises suit the equipment they genuinely have access to, how to make this week harder than last week — are left out or hidden behind a subscription.

Nutrition advice online has a second problem for Indian users: it is usually written around food no one in an Indian kitchen actually cooks. A plan built on chicken breast and quinoa is not useful to someone eating roti, dal, sabzi and curd. So the food database here is built around what people actually eat, with vegetarian, eggetarian and non-vegetarian versions of every meal plan.

How your plan is generated

Nothing is picked from a fixed list. Your programme is calculated from the profile you enter during setup:

The formulas behind all of this are published openly on the calculators page — including what each number cannot tell you. Nothing about the method is hidden.

Where the content comes from

Everything on this site is original and produced specifically for it. That includes the exercise library and its form cues, the animated demonstrations, the meal templates, the food and nutrition figures, and the written guides.

There are no stock photographs, no licensed illustrations, no third-party fonts and no external libraries. The exercise demonstrations are drawn by code in the browser rather than being video or images taken from elsewhere. Nothing here is scraped, reproduced or republished from another site.

Where the app uses a published scientific formula — Mifflin-St Jeor for metabolic rate, Epley for one-rep max estimates — it is named openly on the calculators page rather than presented as something of our own.

How it is built

Top 1% Fit is a Progressive Web App. There is no server holding your information: your profile, workout logs, measurements and progress photos are stored by your own browser, on your own device. That is why it works without an internet connection, and why it needs no account. It also means your data does not sync between devices on its own — the app includes a manual backup export for that. The full detail is in the privacy policy.

How it is funded

The app is free to use, and building your full programme requires no payment and no card details. Running the site has real costs, so advertising or paid features may be introduced in future. If that happens, the privacy policy will be updated before any such change goes live, and this page will say so plainly.

Limitations worth knowing

This is general fitness and nutrition information, not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified coach, doctor or dietitian. The calorie and macro figures are population-level estimates that cannot account for your individual metabolism, medical history or medication. Food values are practical estimates for home-cooked portions and vary with recipe and portion size.

If you have an injury, a heart, blood-pressure or blood-sugar condition, are pregnant, or take regular medication, speak to a doctor before starting this or any training and nutrition programme.

Contact

Corrections, questions and feedback are genuinely welcome — particularly if you spot something inaccurate in the exercise or nutrition content. See the contact page, or email support.alltoolshub.co.in@gmail.com.
